  3. I was just taking a look at logsitall.com where some crossfit stats are stored. On that site, the median number for the Men is 800!! and for women it’s 450, so us guys have a bit of work to do ;)

  5. That was for a sample across all weight\age categories. Mike pointed me to a far better chart on the crossfit website: http://www.crossfit.com/cf-info/faq.html#WOD6 and based on that, I’d say the girls are kicking some serious butt!
