50 Box jump, 24 inch box
50 Jumping pull-ups
50 Kettlebell swings, 1 pood
Walking Lunge, 50 steps
50 Knees to elbows
50 Push press, 45 pounds
50 Back extensions
50 Wall ball shots, 20 pound ball
50 Burpees
50 Double unders

  1. ha, ha!! I’m glad and pissed off at the same time that I”m missing this one. 50’s are always a fav of mine!

  2. I admit that I cheated on the knees to elbows a little bit by kipping a bunch of them, but my gut didn’t seem to notice. Between those and the burpees, and the wall balls, this was a pretty solid workout. Shovelling snow tomorrow is going to suck!

    An Awesome display of hard work and determination. I do believe our spectators were duly impressed. How you heard me Jamie I have no idea! I kip as well on the knees to elbows. If we don’t tell anyone its ok!

  4. Those Burpees were awful at the end. Note to self… next time when doing a workout like this, don’t make plans to be somewhere else 15 minutes after class. No recovery = bad.
