  4. Nice effort everyone. Dylon and Austin, I would love to have you guys write a few lines about how CrossFit/Rebel Fitnes is treating you and how you are feeling as far as work, load, ethic, effect etc. Cheers guys good work all around. Zach and Silas both had a good effort today. A little more familiarity with the movements and we will be ready to start turning the amp towards eleven! Nice effort. Fraser, as always…It’s a pleasure to have you as a member. Can’t forget the excellent job Tracey did leading the technique portion of our class.
