  1. cool…….I’ll do this with the stairs in my house instead of a run. squats in the basement, pushups on the top floor.

  2. I’ll be in tomorrow morning, but not Thursday. Friday I can be in whenever…..if you want to do that team workout.

  3. So, I’m missing WODs and stuck in Collingwood without running shoes so I did 10 rounds of 10 pushups – 10 squats – 10 situps in 11:25 in the carpeted hotel gym with easy rock playing in background. Just not the same….
